The facility has a variety of rooms in the two storey complex from smaller board room styles for meetings to larger areas for seminars, exercise, craft and hobby groups, youth activities and party style functions. The downstairs hall can be divided into two spaces.
Each room has:
- Chairs
- Tables
- Whiteboard
- Audio visual facilities including projector and screen, TV/DVD and PA systems – available for hire
CCC does not attract any ongoing government funding.
Consequently some fees are charged to cover the operational and costs incurred with the management of the centre.
Bookings are available from 6.00am to 12 midnight, 7 days a week.
Bookings are taken for a minimum of two hours. Please include set-up and pack-up time in all bookings.
Downstairs
- The Dandenong Room has a meeting style capacity (tables and chairs) of 40 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 70 people.
The Endeavour Room has a meeting style capacity of 40 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 50 people. - These rooms can be hired together (The Hall) for a combined meeting style capacity of 80 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 120 people.
- The Bounty Room has a meeting style set up of 16 people, or a theatre/standing style set up of 20 people.
Upstairs
- The Horizon Room has a meeting style capacity (tables and chairs) of 20 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 30 people.
- The Oldfield Room has a meeting style capacity of 20 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 30 people.
- The Arrabri Room has a meeting style capacity of 14 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 18 people.
Please note these are indicative capacities only. The figures are conservative to allow for circulation space.
Actual numbers possible will depend on the room configuration and groups preferences.
Facilities
Downstairs:
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, hot water boiler, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs, cups and saucers.
Toilets – male, female, disabled and baby change facilities.
Upstairs:
Kitchenette – small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hot water boiler, cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs.
Toilets – male and female.
Please note: All shared kitchen utensils have been removed due to COVID restrictions.
Fees

The Hall is two rooms therefore, the cost is x 2
Category 1: Volunteer run groups without funding and/or income and small hobby groups.
Category 2: Funded small-medium sized volunteer run NFP organisations.
Category 3: Small business (determined by committee)
Category 4: Fundraising activities, state or national not-for-profit organisations, government agencies (including educational institutions), political organisations and representatives, small-medium business, and any other organisation or activity that does not fit the definition of category 1, 2 or 3.
Category 5: Private parties, functions and commercial use. – see Appendix 2

Resources
The Hub has been fitted out with tables, chairs and whiteboards, included in the fee structure.
The Hall & Oldfield room have a projector, sound & screen, the Horizon room has a 50” TV and DVD player.
A portable PA/sound system and stage is available for hire.
Internet capabilities are installed and investigations to access permanent Wi-Fi are being undertaken.
