Ladies, this is for YOU.
This is your ‘ME time’, no kids, no partner, no worries.
The Centenary Women’s’ Group was established in October 2019 on a desire to promote women’s health, well-being and social connectedness. Come along and meet other women who wish to enjoy your company at these casual and relaxed mornings, ladies of all ages most welcome. Morning tea will be provided.
CCC Centenary Women’s Group purpose:
- To provide a safe environment for women to get involved in activities and receive support and companionship in a welcoming non–judgmental environment
- To provide a supportive place for sisters, daughter’s, mothers, aunts, grandmothers and for women of all ages, social and cultural backgrounds.
- To be involved in supporting the local community.
Details:
When: Saturday, fortnightly from April 17th 2021.
Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm
Venue: Centenary Community Hub
We are at the entrance to Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre next to the library, opposite the bus terminal and Mt Ommaney Fire Station.
There are 2 road entrances, one on Dandenong Road the other off the main entrance road to the Centre – look out for the signs
Cost: No cost, except for social outings

Activities: As a group we discussed inviting guest speakers on subjects such as Women’s health, security, local history etc. or engaging in activities, hobbies or workshops
Social outings were also embraced; ideas such as movies, theatre shows, High Tea, lunches, bus trips e.g. winery tours.
